In case of severe misuse or criminal intent, BI or the rightful owner, can press charges. 
If the annual membership fee is paid late or not at all , BI may/can decide to block the access to the website/database and/or membership, temporarily or permanently.
BI reserves the right, without prior notice, to deny your access to the website/database and any other services offered including termination of membership.
BI reserves the right to end the website/database without prior notice and without any further claims in its entirety.
BI is also not liable for the consequences (damage) resulting from the termination of the website/database.
